Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. . It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that the activity is booked before the expiry date of the voucher.

Please take time to read our terms and conditions before ordering any aviation experience vouchers, and do not hesitate to contact us on any point requiring clarification. These terms and conditions govern the contract under which Andrewsfield Aviation  Ltd will supply experience Vouchers to you. When the user of the experience Voucher books an aviation experience with an operator they will enter into a separate contract with the operator for the supply of the activity in question and become subject to the operator’s own terms and conditions. We will be happy to exchange an experience voucher for any aviation experience featured on our website at a charge of £15 admin fee. Exchanges cannot be made if the experience has already been booked with the supplier. If the chosen alternative is more expensive then you will have to pay the difference. If the chosen alternative is less expensive we will hold that amount in credit for you to use against a future purchase. No guarantee can be made as to availability of the experience on any particular day. We advise that the user books their experience as soon as possible before the preferred date.

Operators require a seven day notice between the date of booking and the date of the experience.

Many activities have height, weight and age restrictions. We can advise you of these restrictions when you purchase an aviation experience Voucher. If the user is 18 or under, the consent of a parent/guardian will be required. Other age limits may apply.

Our prices may be subject to change at any time. We will advise you of any such changes when you order your voucher.

Vouchers are dispatched by first class Royal Mail to the address provided by the purchaser. We will not be liable for any cost or loss or inconvenience suffered due to delayed or lost mail.

The contract between the purchaser and Andrewsfield Aviation  Ltd does not create any right enforceable by any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from under that Act.

Andrewsfield Aviation  Ltd endeavour to give accurate and detailed information about every activity. However there may be changes in the exact arrangements on the day or during the course of the 6 months lifetime of the voucher. These descriptions should therefore be taken as a guide only and do not form part of the contract. Photographs used are illustrative and not necessarily of the actual equipment in use at any particular location. In the event of an element of an experience not being completed and no satisfactory alternatives being supplied, the maximum compensation available is limited to the net cost of the element not completed.

Andrewsfield Aviation  Ltd are not liable for the availability of supplied booking telephone numbers. If the provided booking telephone number is unavailable/unobtainable it is your responsibility to inform Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd so that an alternative number can be provided within the voucher validity period.

Andrewsfield Aviation  Ltd are  operators of aircraft, and providers of carriage by air.

The operator may require a disclaimer to be signed before any experience begins.

Liability for any delay, cancellation or booking mis-management of the experience or loss, injury, death or any other claim howsoever arising from or howsoever caused by the experiences advertised on our website or ordered through us shall be the sole responsibility of the operator who provides the experiences and shall be governed by that operator’s terms and conditions.

Once a voucher has passed its date of expiry it is no longer valid under any circumstances. No refunds will be given on expired vouchers.

Waiting time may be necessary with all aviation experiences, especially as some are weather dependant. There is also the possibility of short notice cancellation due to weather, mechanical problems, staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the operators’ control. If the experience is cancelled, the user should simply re-book with the operator concerned. Andrewsfield Aviation  Ltd will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances.

Once the user has booked his chosen experience they will become subject to the operator’s terms and conditions including the operator’s cancellation terms. This may mean that if the user cancels a booking the user may forfeit the experience. If the user books a date and does not honour the date booked (without warning) then the user may forfeit the experience and/or be liable to pay additional cancellation fees. The experience voucher will not cover these additional fees.

Should an experience become unavailable or a particular location become unavailable for any reason whatsoever after you have received your voucher, we will endeavour to find an acceptable alternative experience at the same price. Failing this, we reserve the right to give a full refund. This will be made to the purchaser of the voucher. This will be the limit of our liability and we will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the participant such as travel or accommodation.

The user will need to be agile enough to get in and out of the particular aircraft or equipment in use and must be medically fit enough for the particular experience. If the user has any doubts about medical fitness, they should consult their doctor.

Voucher extensions must be requested before the expiry date of the voucher, requests after the expiry will not be accepted. Only Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd can authorise voucher extensions. Voucher extensions can not be authorised by third parties. Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd will not honour extension agreements unless issued directly from other third parties.

Vouchers are only valid for the person named on the voucher (including passengers if stipulated). All experience vouchers are non-transferrable.

The easiest way of resolving a complaint is to address them on the day. If your complaint cannot be resolved on the day please inform us by writing to info@andrewsfield.com or by letter: Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd, Saling Airfield, Stebbing, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 3TH.

We are happy to make refunds on unbooked vouchers within 14 days of purchase. Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd will not offer any refunds beyond 14 days. In all cases, refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the experience. If the experience was originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you are within the 14 day period, please return your voucher to the following address, with a letter stating why it has been returned;

Many of our experiences involve some personal risk. In purchasing one of our aviation experience vouchers you accept the existence of an element of risk. Life insurance policies vary in their coverage, and some may exclude certain experiences that Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd Offer. It is advisable to check this with your insurance company in advance.

The operators for the various experiences advertised normally arrange their own liability insurance which will provide insurance for participants in the case of negligence on behalf of that operator.

Your Gift Certificate should be treated as cash – the balance can not be returned if lost or stolen. Andrewsfield Aviation Ltd is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your gift certificate. Your gift certificate expires 6 months after purchase. Experiences must be purchased on the Andrewsfield website within this timeframe. The validity of your gift certificate can not be extended. Your gift certificate cannot be refunded. Your gift certificate is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Your gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and is not reloadable.
